Great object, bad service

Great crown, just like the picture, seems good quality. But 3* as the customer experience was not good. I paid for a faster delivery and it was late by four days. Not the service I paid for and the answer was : "it's DHL, not us". Well, you chose DHL for your deliveries, so It's your responsability too. And I paid you, not DHL, I don't have to care about your arrangement after. Good product, service to improve.

I LOVE IT

Its perfect, shiny, and comfortable. It hasnt gotten caught in my hair, and it got dyed by my hair but it was easy to clean! My only complaint is that i couldn't buy TWO
